Add an emulsifier equivalent to 3% of the total monomer amount to the polymerization kettle, add deionized water, stir and dissolve, raise the temperature to 60 ℃, add 0.4% ammonium persulfate as the initiator, and then add 30% of the mixed monomers. Slowly add the remaining two-thirds of the monomers when the temperature rises to around 80 ℃. After adding the monomer, raise the temperature to 95-98C and stir for 0.5h, cool, and adjust the pH value with water. Finished product.

Use | used for warp sizing of fabrics such as polyester/cotton, polyester/viscose, and polyester/nitrile. Can be mixed with natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Good compatibility. Strong adhesion to fibers. used as aircraft cockpit cover, windshield and other highly transparent parts for military Industry used in industry, instrumentation, transportation, medical and health care, arts and crafts, used in industry and civil used in resin synthesis used as warp sizing agent for polyester/cotton, polyester/polyester/polyester/nitrile and other fabrics |
production method | An emulsifier equivalent to 3% of the total monomer is added to the polymerization kettle, and deionized water is added to stir and dissolve, the temperature was raised to 60 °c and 0.4% ammonium persulfate was added as an initiator, followed by 30% of the mixed monomer. The remaining 70% of the monomer was slowly added until the temperature rose to about 80 °c. After the monomer was added, the temperature was raised to 95~98 °c and stirred for 0.5 h, cooled, and the pH was adjusted with water. Finished product. |
